I'm having the same ?issue?. (AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-Core Processor)
built from source on linux

I posted another topic where my brand new AMD processor is getting a hash rate 3x slower than my older Intel processor used to. I don't know what the AMD would have gotten on older versions of wowlet, but maybe this is a bug in the newest wowlet for AMD processors?

well to bring some numbers in,
as I mentioned with AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-Core Processor
with the previous jjeff release I was around 12kH/s
after the update I top out at just 1.35 kH/s

It's definitely the update. I tried straight xmrig and went from around 500H/S (wowlet) to 5500H/S (xmrig).
This is on an AMD Ryzen 7 6800H.
