Idkn why but sometimes with wownerod many hosts blocked and the daemon never end the sync, is there a way to fix it?

hosts are blocked because the fork before the recent had some problems with a wrong chain because many people didnt update. these outdated hosts are still running, but now blocked. this is normal to see.
i never experinced problems with synching. try adding a node, get one on discord or try figure it out. setup another server with a daemon and connect to this.
But it should not be a problem. make sure you are NOT synching through muchwow.lol node cause its down.
