Is there anyway for devs to create a "core" pool (if that's the right word)
Yes! I mostly have no idea what I'm talking about so please don't punish me for this probable not possible, asked a million times already question.
A pool created/built by "wownero" making the amount /% of hash rate of no consequence?  I understand this would impact incentive for individuals from running their own node.  reducing the block reward for the pool, using that to increase/distribute to the solo mining nodes?
