Hello, I have my node on ome of my servers, and some other servers which are connected to this node, mining with xmrig. Question is about what variant is more effective - to make each server connected to node separately, or make my private pool on my node and connect all servers there, or use xmrig proxy, so, is it better to connect every miner separately, or make them into one "big" miner?

It doesn't really matter, your hashrate should be the same for all of them.

If you connect lots of miners directly to the daemon (that is, you don't use XMRig proxy) you can overwhelm it since your miners will be frequently be asking it to create block templates.  XMRig proxy only has to ask it once no matter how many miners are connected.
