Just wondering how to go about this properly ....

Should I uninstall Wowlet v0.1 before installing v0.2 ? Should I delete some folders ?

Or should I just dl and install v0.2 ?

Nope, you may replace/remove the old executable. There is not really an installation process for WOWlet on any OS. It's simply a matter of running the binary and it just works™
