Title: Understanding main and subaddresses in Feather Wallet
Post by: lan_sol0 on Mar 07, 2022, 03:00 PM
Hello all,

I was hoping to get some clarification on which addresses are what (main/sub/stealth).
Could you please take a look and tell me what I'm looking at?

Thanks in advance.

main address can be found by clicking Wallet >> Keys

usually a main address is not needed by a user

subaddress is found under the receive tab. this is what you request payments with. every time you receive a transaction wowlet hides the used subaddress generates a new subaddress

Please note the latest version is not called 'Feather wallet' anymore - it is called **WOWlet** and can be downloaded over at https://wowlet.app

You will need this new version in order to properly create/receive transactions.
